Johnny obtained his B.Com degree from the University of the Free State in 1998. He completed his articles with PWC. He furthered his studies and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with ACCA. He is a member of The South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He serves on the committee of SAIPA – Free State as well as on the committee of ACCA – South Africa.
In 2006 he started his own accounting firm – IECCA, which currently consists offices in Welkom, Johannesburg and Cape Town. In 2009 he became very aware of the high percentage of businesses that fail in South Africa, and that is when he decided to offer services as a management consultant for businesses. In addition Johnny is a Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment specialist, he does seminars on the subject and offers consulting to companies for BBBEE, He also has a passion for Life Coaching, and hence started the Ioannis Eliades International Group.
