Customers are invoiced based on the amount of bins utilised. Our wheelie bin system makes it easier to ascertain the volume and scope of work for both ourselves and our customers.
Our secure lockable wheelie bins are 240lt. Picture your normal refuse removal bin but cooler. Each bin has a carrying capacity of approximately 100kg of documents. How the documents are presented can affect the utilisation of each bin in terms of weight.
No, we aim to make the process as easy as possible for our customers with the help from our pre-sort team. We pre-sort to enable the shredded material to be recycled. Better for you, better for us, better for our planet.
Should you do so you can be eligible for our discounted rate. Discount for DIY Pre-Sorting 💸 Choose to pre-sort and enjoy a 5% discount, aiding our collective environmental mission. Pre-sorting requirements: Files, dividers and plastics are to be removed and the white paper has to be separated from the coloured paper.
For the love of our environment, we encourage our customers to reuse them as far as possible. Last resort should always be landfill. If you would like us to recycle these items we can happily do so at an additional charge.
We prefer to take the shredded material for recycling and we account for the rebate we receive with issuing you with a quotation. However, should you wish to keep the material this can be arranged, however our standard prices will increase.
In order for our team to operate efficiently we require an unobstructed area to accommodate our abnormally large truck. Think of a big moving truck, but ours is fitted with cutting edge machinery.
We are proud to say that we have a processing capacity of up to 4 tons a day in ideal working environments. Our off-site shredding is done as soon as we get a gap in our depot, we aim to do so within 2 working days from arrival.
